The solar panel is the core part of the solar light. There are three main packaging methods for the solar panel, epoxy resin packaging, PET laminate packaging and glass laminate packaging. Epoxy resin and PET laminated solar panels are suitable for small solar photovoltaic products. The power is generally less than 5W. It can be used in low-power products with high cost performance. Glass lamination is suitable for large, medium and small photovoltaic applications.
1. Epoxy resin encapsulation, using epoxy resin material for surface protection, and encapsulating the laser-cut battery slices after voltage combination.
2. PET laminated encapsulation, using PET material as surface protection, voltage distribution of laser-cut solar cells, and then pressing and curing the encapsulation.
3. Glass laminated packaging, using tempered glass material as the surface protection, voltage distribution to the laser-cut solar cells, then pressing and curing the packaging.
