6. Light decay and life test:

6.1 Lamp aging method

Lamp aging is carried out in an environment where there is no forced ventilation and the temperature is controlled at 20°C to 30°C. The lamp is set up in a normal installation attitude, and the power is turned on according to the nominal rated voltage of the lamp or the maximum voltage of the nominal applicable voltage range. Power work. During the aging process, the lamps should be turned off no less than 2 times every 24h, and the closing time should be 25-35min each time, and the interval time should be at least 30min. The number of samples is not less than 3 sets. During the test, the lamp must not have any failure or burnout, otherwise it will fail.

6.2 Calculation method of light decay and lifetime measurement

Replace the luminous flux method with the illuminance method, measure the horizontal illuminance value of the central point at a distance of 2 meters from the height of the luminaire and one point at a distance of 1 meter on the axis along the road. A total of 5 points are measured and compared with the initial value of each point. Find the average maintenance rate value of 5 points. Between 2000-5000h, the average maintenance value is measured every 336h interval; if the lamp still meets the requirements at 5000h, the illuminance value of each point at 2000h is the initial illuminance value, and the measured illuminance value for every 336h interval is The corresponding initial illuminance value at 2000h is compared and the average maintenance rate is obtained. The life time when the average maintenance rate is 75% plus 5000h is the life of the lamp. Select one of the street lights, and measure the luminous flux at 0-2000h with the photometric distribution test method, and calculate the 2000h luminous flux maintenance rate as the calibration value. When measuring the illuminance, the ambient temperature should be controlled at 25℃±1℃ for more than 3 hours.

7. Maximum temperature: According to the provisions of Chapter 12 of GB7000.1-2007.

8. Maximum heat sink temperature: select the highest heat sink temperature in the LED, and place a thermocouple on the heat sink closest to the bottom of the LED.

9. Main light parameters of lamps:

9.1 Average color temperature and average color rendering index

Under 25℃±1℃ ambient temperature, rated voltage and rated frequency, use the integrated spectrum test system to measure, put the lamp sample into the integrating sphere to avoid direct light from entering the test probe, and the outer surface of the lamp should not obviously affect the color temperature test White cover film. Test after 1h ignition.

9.2 Light efficiency of lamps and light distribution curve of lamps

Measure with the photometric distribution test system at an ambient temperature of 25℃±1℃. First, test the luminous flux and light intensity distribution, light distribution curve, etc. of the lamp. The luminous efficiency of the lamp is the ratio of the luminous flux of the LED street lamp to the actual power consumption of the lamp.

10. Immunity: According to the method specified in GB17626.5.
